If you do not have access to Talent, please login toCanvasand search "RealTime" (no spaces). In VCU RealTime, you may see more than one week displayed on your timesheet entry screen. This change can help ensure you have the appropriate number of hours entered for each full week. Incomplete timesheets can impact the amount of money you receive in your paycheck.

RealTime Designee System
Managers can assign designees in RealTime through the online portal.To assign a designee you must be listed as a manager in Banner.

Please note that theVCU RealTime full designee request form is required to appoint a full designee. University and Academic Professional employees receive their full leave allotment at the start of the year, but leave is earned each pay period. Using leave before it’s earned is discouraged, as it may need to be repaid if employment ends.
