VCU RealTime is the university's timekeeping management system. Employee training for VCU RealTime is available online. Log into Blackboard and search "RealTime" (no spaces) under courses and organizations. 

In VCU RealTime, you may see more than one week displayed on your timesheet entry screen. This change can help ensure you have the appropriate number of hours entered for each full week. Incomplete timesheets can impact the amount of money you receive in your paycheck.

Small number of employees affected by leave error:

As you may know, some employees have experienced an error in leave deductions during the previous pay period. Some leave amounts used and deducted during the January 10 - January 24 pay period were duplicated and taken out of the January 25 - February 9 pay period. Only a small number of employees have been affected by this issue. The HR Information Systems team is currently working with Payroll to reverse the duplicate leave amounts and restore leave banks to the correct amounts for affected employees. As always, employees may view their leave balances in VCU eServices. Thank you for your understanding and patience while we correct this issue.
